The Houston Texans have pulled the Access Key Card on Lead  Man Gary Kubiak (Security wants to see you...and grab your things). After another loss in the AFC South this time to the Upstart 4-9 Jags has made it clear that Kubiak is no longer the man for the job. Someone tell me this he has a Career Record of 61064 and has been over the .500 mark jut twice and one of those three records was a 9-7 season. How did he stay Lead Man this long.  The Texans were an easy pick to contend in the AFC but after those Varsity Letterman Jackets and three straight losses to the Pats (including the 34-31 Loss in Week 13) Kubiak had to go. Look for him to meet up with an old friend soon in #HTTR Lead Man Mike Shanahan.

Packers QB Aaron Rodgers has been ruled out in NFL Week 14 vs the Falcons and look for the Packers to monitor the Lions/Bears Actions this week to see if they are going to still keep A-Rog active or sit him the rest of 2013. Why rush it as the season has four weeks to go and the Packers are on the outside looking in. If both the Lions and Bears lose in NFL Week 14 and the Packers win look for A-Rog to be active in NFL Week 15. If that scenario doesn't play out he goes to season-ending IR.

With Heat Shooting Guard Dwayne Wade out with ailing knees the Miami Heat have tried Sugar Ray Allen of Jordan Brand, Roger Mason Jr., and Miami-Native James Jones. None of those have worked and now Heat Prez Pat Riley has been on the Cell looking for a Fill-In Shooter that can help the Heat as they try to navigate through the 82-Game Trek with Wade on bad knees. This is a huge dilemma for the Heat heading towards a possible three-peat in the "Fight for Larry"..stay tuned.
