The San Diego Chargers are finally done with that Bad Dream of AJ Smith (former Bolts GM) and Head Coach Norv Turner.  Now no more excuses for QB Phillip Rivers as he has been average at best the last few seasons. Is RB Ryan Mathews the answer at Running Back? They have Gates at Tight End and Floyd at WR but who is that 3rd piece? The D is led by DE Corey Luiget as they pick up Red Jersey Collector Dwight Freeney. Eric Weddle leads that secondary as he is a big time play maker. Are the Bolts better than the Chiefs and Broncos in the AFC West in 2013?
