The Red Sox go into Tampa Bay Rays Country and pick up game one of a three-piece as Clay Buchholz in his return for the Carmines goes five scoreless innings as he picks up where he left off back in the late spring. To his credit and the Bo Sox Credit the Pen also went four scoreless innings for Buchholz to pick up win #10 and beat Rays Ace David Price.

Price just gave up two runs all in the 5th inning as he went eight allowing just three hits total along with nine strikeouts on Red Sox Hitters. That my friends has been the story for the Rays in the lat three weeks as they can't get any balance from pitching to hitting and even defense. The game was as well pitched as a game in the show can be pitched without throwing a No-No.

Red Sox Hitters Jonny Gomes and Jarrod Saltalamacchia had an RBI each for the Carmines as they go up 8.5 on the Rays. The Rays now have another battle they are fighting as they have a 1.5 game lead on the O's and the Tribe for the #2 slot in the Wild Card. They have no one to blame but themselves as it's all self-inflicted wounds. Pennant Fever will make you or break you and the rays as of right now are breaking at the seams.
