The San Francisco Giants haven't had any Good Home Cooking for awhile to the fact that they may go TV Dinner or Can Goods. The Redbirds were coming into Game 2 with One Purpose and One Purpose only to steal Game 2 and force the Gigantes to win at Least Two back near the Gateway to the West..St Louis, Missouri.

The Gigantes got it jumping in the 1st when Angel Pagan went Lead-Off Job to give the Giants a 1-0 lead. The Redbirds match that with 1 in the Top half of the 2nd. The the Gigantes finally get what they have been needing at Home for awhile...Excellent Starting Pitching from 60 Feet 6 Inches.

Ryan Vogelsong answered the Bell as the Gigantes as he goes 7 strong Innings allowing 4 Hits and 1 Run and striking out 4 Redbirds on his way to the W. Redbirds Playoff Monster Chris Carpenter was lit up at everyones surprise giving 5 Runs in just 4 Innings on 6 Hits and the Big Fly from Pagan.

The Story of the Game was that the Gigantes had more chances to score and with Runners in Scoring Position went 4 for 14 as the Redbirds with limited opportunities went 0 for 7.

The Series now moves to New Busch Stadium for Games 3, 4, and 5 as the Travel Day is on Tuesday and they will commence on Wednesday. The Series always starts when Both Teams have a Win.
