Matthew Stafford has not played well vs the Bears and his numbers in Soldier Field is Bad Bad Bad. At the same token Bears QB Jay Cutler has played well vs the Lions and with the Bears coming in at 4-1 and the Lions 2-3 the Lions need this one in the Worst Way.

The Bears bring the Sunday's Best Defense, Best at creating Turnovers, and Scoring D vs the Lions. Can the Lions play disciplined enough to do the things necessary to get a W in Chicago? The New Monsters of the Midway are also coming off of a Bye Week and well rested. Can the Lions stop the Bears somewhat explosive Offense in the Past Few Weeks as the Bears have a Plethora of Weapons?

Motor City LIONS @ Soldier Field vs Da BEARS..and NFC North Get Down

LIONS to Win: Forget that MEGAtron has only 1 TD he and the Lions must try to stay not Balanced but run the Ball enough to keep the Bears Front honest. 2nd Year Man from University of Illinois  RB Mikel LeShoure has to run the Pigskin well. He had 100 Yards on the Titans in Week 3 and 70 Yards on 15 Totes vs Eagles in Week 6. They need him to be around that 70-100 Mark.

Lions QB Stafford has to take care of the Pigskin as he has more INTs vs the Bears than any other Team in his Career. The Bears Secondary and D knows this but what will Staff do about it? The Outside Weapons of course MEGAtron but Burleson, Young and the JUMBOtron TE Brandon Pettigrew all will have to make Big Plays for the Lions to have a CHance. Up Front can Center Raiola and Company keep Staff Clean vs the Bears Front.

Defensively the Lions Front has played better and Suh and Fairley along with VanDen Bosch and Avril are just as capable as the Bears Front. They must pressure Cutler up the Middle and keep that Bears Run Game under Wraps. Bush and Fort are Two entirely Different Backs and the Lions will see both one would assume. The Concern will be the Lions Secondary and can they hold up vs Cut and that Explosive Passing Game led by the Marshall of Cook County.

BEARS to Win: Bears will look a little sluggish maybe coming off of the Bye Week but they will be raring to go. Cutler will have a Healthy 2-Back Set behind him as RB Matt Forte joins RB Michael Bush. The Bears have yet to incorporate Forte since he went out in Week 2. The Lions must be concerned because he is a Threat in the Run Game and Passing game another Added Weapon for the Bears. Bears will also be without Rookie WR Alshon Jeffrey but get Earl Bennett back of In jury to replace Jeffrey. Marshall is the Lion #1 Priority but Hester and others are more than capable.

Defensively the Bears are at their best. The Front led by DE Julius Peppers has been dominant with the emergence of DTs Melton and Paea. Backers Urlacher and Briggs are the Heart and Soul of the Bears D and Briggs is playing at an NFL MVP Defensive Level as No Defensive Player on Sunday is playing better and I mean no one. They will pressure Staff and Company using their 4 Man Front as they will play their Customary Tampa 2 D and it looks easy to solve but its full of Tricks.

Can the Lions WRs not including MEGAtron beat the Bears Corners of Tillman and Jennings? Tim Jennings maybe playing the Best of any Island on Sunday as he leads Sunday with 4 Picks. Staff will have to take care of the Pigskin or it will be Sunday Pickings and the Lion once again will leave Chi City with a Nice-Looking L.

Bears have been impressive of late 3rd in Scoring Offense and #1 in Scoring Defense and Takeaways. Lions win the Takeaway Battle and North of .500 on 3rd Downs and the Red Zone they have a Chance.

Winner: BEARS 34-24 as the Bears D is playing too well for the LIONS to come in right at this juncture and get a W....but this 2012 Season is really an "Any Given Sunday" ...or Monday.
