The St. Louis Cardinals continue to show why they are OCtober Baseball Tough as they beat the San Francisco Giants in Game 3 by a Score of 3-1 to take a 2-1 NLCS Series Lead.

Redbirds 16-Game Winner Kyle Lohse was Nip and Tuck from 60 Feet 6 Inches as he went 5 and 2/3 allowing 7 Hits with 5 Free Passes, that the Gigantes could do nothing with, and 1 Run. His Counterpart Gigantes Ace Matt Cain went 6 and 2/3 allowing 3 Runs on 6 Hits and a Big Fly to Redbirds RF Matt Carpenter.

The Gigantes struck First in the Top Half of the 3rd Frame with a Run. The Redbirds answered in their Half of the Same Frame with a Crooked #2. The Redbirds than added a Run in the Bottom of the 7th to close out the Scoring. Scutaro and "Panda Smash" Sandoval were a combined 4 for 10 with a Run. Pence and Posey were a combined 1 for 6 with 2 Base on Balls.

The Redbirds at the same token didn't get Production from Holliday (0-4) or Beltran (left with a Strained Knee) but all over their Line Up from John Jay to Freese to Molina and the Big Fly from Carpenter. Motte closes Game 3 for his NLCS 2nd Save.
