The Cleveland Browns New Owner Jimmy Haslam III , a Former Steelers Minority Shareholder, is making Big News in Dawg Pound Kennel Club. Not being shy about the necessary changes that need to happen has relieved the Browns Team President Mike Holmgren of his Duties at the End of the Season. He has also said he will be making a Coaching Change as well.

Haslam III has reportedly Told a Columbus, Ohio Radio Station that he has Alabama Crimson Tide Coach Nick Saban, ESPN Monday Night Analyst Jon Gruden, and the Oregon Ducks Lead Man Chip Kelly on his Short List.

Saban makes the most since since he was the D-Coordinator on the Browns Teams led by Bill Belichek in the Mid 90s and has some Unfinished Business if he looks at it that way. Saban also ran right out of Miami and left the Dolphins hanging to go back to the College Ranks. With his 'Bama Salary up there would he really want the Problem of running the Browns when he is on Top of the Major College Football World. 'Bama will not take down the Statue of Saban in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium so they are not just going to let him walk.

Gruden was a Super Bowl-Winning Coach for the Tony Dungy-Built (NBC Sunday Night Football Analyst) and Monty Kiffin (USC Trojans D-Coordinator and the Head Coach of USC is his Son Lane) and Rod Marinelli (Current Chicago Bears D-Coordinator) Bucs led Defense. Yes Gruden is a Offensive-Guru but what comes with Gruden is Bravado not "Swag" (Good or Bad) and when will "Chucky" Resurface?  Yes the Browns need to get a Big Name and he is at the Top of the List.

Kelly is the Lead Man of that Oregon Ducks Squad that has amassed more Popularity with Uniforms then their Actual Play. He has Built up a Power in the West although they better not go Southeast to play anyone down there.  Would he be a Good Coach on the Pro Level and that is a Huge Leap for a Guy who just started Coaching at the Major Level in 2007 unless you count New Hampshire, John Hopkins (A Top 3 Mens LaCrosse Team and Medical Center), and Columbia and the One that lost all the Games in the 80s and 90s. He would be about 10 on my list.

Haslam has the Dough as he made it from his Father the Original Founder of the Pilot Flying J Company off of the Pilot Oil Corporation. Of course Haslam had to sell his Minority Ownership in the Steelers to buy the Dawg Pound.

A Side Note; The Haslam Family also owns the Tennessee Smokies a AA Affiliate of the North Siders of Chi City..the Cubbies.
