It has been at least 20 Years since the Irish has been this Hyped and to me it is all Hype until they meet the Big Boys and Michigan and Sparty are Big Ten Big Boys but not National Powerhouses as they have even fallen off. Now they will see Boomer Sooner and the Men of Troy within the Next Month. Notre Dame have you arrived? If the Sooners play like they played in the Red River Shootout the Irish will realize these Boys from Oklahoma got some Talent.

FIGHTING IRISH @ BOOMER SOONER

IRISH to Win: For the Irish it will start and end with QB Everett Golson's Play in the Passing Game. Realistically speaking form what I have seen thus far he has No Shot unless he found his Inner RG3 from last week to this week. 3rd Running Back George Atkinson III will be out of the Game and the Irish still will have their Top Two Backs in Theo Riddick and Cierre Wood. The Irish have capable Wide Outs but this will by far be the Best Defense and Secondary they will have seen to date. The Irish in a Nutshell need to have some sort of Passing Game or fire up the Charter back to South Bend and take that L with you.

Defensively this is where the Irish Strong Suit is on this Side of the Pigskin. Led By All-American Candidate and ILB Manti Te'O (pictured left) the Irish will have to slow Sooner QB Landry Jones down and that Powerful Running Attack. The ND Secondary is on High Alert and they will be tested all night with Jones and all those Weapons. In order for the ND Defense to be successful the Irish Offense has to help them by keeping the Sooner and Fields off the Field.

SOONERS to Win: The Sooners come in having their lone Loss at Home to 2012 Heisman Leader Colin Klein of K-State and the Wildcats. They destroyed an Overrated Hookem' Horns Outfit in Big D and they relish the Opportunity to play the Irish on National T.V. in Norman. QB Landry Jones (pictured right)will be a High Pick in the April 2013 NFL Draft one would think and he will test the Irish Corners and Back End at will. RB Damien Williams single handily gashed Texas and the Irish have to pick their Poison in this one. WR Kenny Stills is still their doing his thing and is Jones' #1 Target and Go-To-Guy.

Defensively they are led by DTs Walker and McFarland and Backers Jefferson, Wort, and Nelson. The Star in a Loaded Secondary is Demontre Hurst and the Sooners know all too well if they can get to Irish QB Golson the flood gates will open for them. They will try to take away the Spread Option of the Irish and force Golson to throw the Pigskin. The Sooners will be ready as they know a Win here puts them right back into Contention for BCS National Championship Chance.

Winner: the Boomer Sooner SCHOONER 40-10...now y'all boys get back to South Bend with this Gift Wrapped L
