It's been a Long Time since the Raiders have tasted the Post Season and an AFC West Crown. Big Al has went to the Football Heavens and the Davis Family is still running the Silver & Black so what now?

Look 7 Coaches in 10 Season is no Continuity or Stability and then what do you Draft Players for with No Philosophy as All Coaches have their Philosophical Differences. The Raiders need to Stick to One Coach and Staff to get this Thing turned in the Right Direction because they are one of the Originals and the First to hit you right in the Chops back in the Day.

Right off the Cuff RB Darren McFadden needs to stay healthy and if he is the Raiders will Win 8 just based on his Talent. Now the Outside with QB Carson Palmer having a Whole Camp under his Belt what do they have? They say Heyward-Bey but can you Trust him not looking at his Direct Deposit. I like Death Valley Orange Alum Jacoby Ford in the Slot. They also need to develop a Tight End for a Security Blanket for Carson.

The Defense is right there with Lead Man and Future HOF and Between The Hedges Alum Richard Seymour. The Question will be he else can dominate with Mr. Seymour upfront. The Linebackers are Good with 'Bama's Rolando McClain when he isn't home in Decatur, Alabama in them Streets. Colts FA Pick Up Phillip Wheeler should help immensely.

The Back End is Solid and as good a Tandem as you will find on Sunday in Star FS Michael Huff of Hookem' Horns Fame and SS Tyvon Branch who the Raiders wrote a Ne Check to in the in the off season.

Key Players and Free Agent Acquisitions for 2012:

K/PK the Polish PowderKeg Janikowski
QB C. Palmer
RB Run DMC
WR Heyward-Bey
WR J. Ford
C S. Wisniewski

DT R. Seymour
NT T. Kelly
ILB R. McClain
LB P. Wheeler (2012 FA Pick Up Colts)
FS M. Huff
SS T. Branch

The Raiders have Veteran Pieces but where is the New Talent they should be developing behind Players like Huff and Seymour. They have No #1 On the Outside on O and the Defense outside of Seymour has no Real Force on that Line and where is the Pass Rush? I Have 21 Questions but do they have any Answers to any of them. They need to start Drafting smart and re-building that Top Sunday Brand in Raiders Nation. The Only Monster they have On Offense is McFadden and the "Polish PowderKeg"... Kicker Seb Janikowski....who was a 1st Round Pick from 'Noles Country and is all that.

Key Schedule Dates in 2012:

Sep. 10 Bolts
Sep. 23 STILLERS
Sep. 30 @ Mile High
Oct. 28 @ Arrowhead
Oct. 14 @ Birdcage 404 Georgia

Nov. 11 @ Charm City Maryland
Nov. 25 @ the Jungle on Ohio
Dec. 6  New Orange Crush
Dec. 16 Chiefs
Dec. 30 @ the Murph

The Schedule will be tough because of the AFC West, AFC North, and the NFC South and there are No Gimmes on Sunday. Traveling to Baltimore, Atlanta, and Cincy will be Super Tough considering that is Some Serious Frequent Flier Miles. The Raiders will see right away how they Stack up as they Host the Bolts in Week One on Monday Night Football.
