Team USA Women's Gymnastics had heard the Expectations for awhile now and after 2 World Championships but Back to Back Silvers in 2004 an 2008 the young ladies handle Expectations and deliver for their Team and their Country.

Touted as the Fantastic Five or even now the Fab Five (the Bluedude calls them the Fab Five London 2012 Summer Games Edition) these young ladies delivered on the biggest stage and defeated World Powers Russia and Romania at their best. McKayla Maroney, Jordyn Wieber, Gabrielle Douglas, Alexandria Raisman, and Kyla Ross will forever remember when the Struck Gold in London 2012...and will go down as the Best Ever for US Gymnasts Women and Men.

Michael Phelps is it again as he cements himself as the Greatest Olympian in US History from a Medals Standpoint. Phelps anchors the 800 Meter Relay Team and holds off French Nemesis Yannick  Agnel as Ryan Lochte (1st), Conor Dwyer (2nd), Ricky Berens (3rd) gave Phelps a lead he wouldn't have relinquished in a Million Years.

That Medal gives Phelps #19 and he breaks a Record that has been in place since 1948. The French take 2nd Place and the Chinese take 3rd Place.
