On Getaway day the Pale Hose get the Rubber Match vs the halos to stay1.5 Games up on the Tigers who also Won beating the Tribe in a Semi-Softball/Hardball Match.
The Halos were lucky Today as not only did they lose but the Division Leading Rangers Lost as well as the A's and mariners. The Whole AL West gets L's Today so everyone stays pat.
The Pittsburgh Pirates show some Resolve and Character as they avoid the Sweep and they came in Town 3.5 Back and now they are 4.5 games behind the Reds. The Reds could have really sent a message to the Buccos and there is more work to be done.
The Dodgers need W's and no better time than to have the North Siders for a Visit and some very Winnable Games as the Dodgers Win and stay 1 Full Game behind the Gigantes who sweep the Rockies.
As far as he Wild Card the halos lose a Full Game in the Wild Card as the Tigers take their #2 Spot and the A's hold down the #1 Spot in the AL Wild Card.
The NL Wild Card is still held down by the Braves and Buccos as both continue to reach for the Division and the Redbirds and Dodgers stay in the Race as well as Divisional Races. The Boys in Blue have the best chance of the Two at catching the Division Leader.
