"Triple Diamond Chronicles" goes "Fight for Lamar" in "A QB Driven League
AFC Wild Card Game 1 on Saturday January 3, 2015 @ 8:15pm ET
from
the Big Ketchup Bottle dba Heinz Field

#BALvsPIT Game Outlook:

This has some serious story lines but one thing you can throw out right this minute before reading this is the Steelers won the AFC North and the Ravens get in the "Fight for Lamar" by default as the Bolts lost. It's zero zero in the W-L Column and this is a serious rivalry as they thought the Seahawks/49ers were thought to be the new rivalry with one coach back where he belongs on a College Campus!

Back to real football is the Baltimore Ravens who else entering Heinz Field and the Ravens have not played their best football in December. Can Ordinary Joe look more like an middle of the road QB than Blaine Gabbert or Jay Cutler? What about that run game led by Cal Berkeley's Justin Forsett can he run all over the Steelers run "D" that still has leaks?

The Steelers come in minus their team M.V.P. in Sparty's Le'veon Bell and that is huge. Rookie RB's Josh Harris and pint-sized or snack-size Dri Archer must make plays as this is no time for "Fright Night" at Heinz Rookies. Stay Calm and think its a Donut Run for the boys with some purple obstacles in the way!

Can Big Ben as that Ravens "D" will be looking to stop the run keep the Steelers in predictable down and distances. The Bluedude will have his Madden 25 Head set in one hand and a Beverage for Grown Folks in the other. If we can't get it crackin' early move over Haley and Tomlin I am going six wide with no Left Tackle...Lol!

If the Ravens can get to two safeties playing high it will be tough sledding as Elvis Dumervil and Terrell Suggs combined for an NFL leading 29 Red Jersey Collections. T-Sizzle has 16.5 career sacks on Big Ben the most of any QB he faces. "Men of Steel" have had a week to think of s solid game plan and its time for that O-Line to step up and take over.

Key Players In/Out:

Ravens DT Haloti Ngata in...
Steelers RB Le'veon Bell out...

Winner: Steelers 30-17...Steelers "D" rises up with 2/3 of that Three Rivers Triplets doing major damage!
