The Chicago Bulls looked out of sorts on "Hump Day" Night at the Madhouse versus a youthful Salt Palace Jazz Bunch. The Bulls seemingly reeling from the sub-zero temps in Chi-City needed "Jumper Cables" on this night as they scored 16, 16, and 19 in the first three frames versus the Jazz. The Jazz finally in the 3rd frame took full advantage of the Bulls needed to get a Start and ran away with a convincing 97-77 "W" and it wasn't that close.

Former Atlanta, Georgia South HS Star and Ramblin' Wreck Standout Derrick Favors (He was consensus #1 player in HS in Country with Mobile, Alabama LeFlore HS Boogie Cousins of now the Sac Town Kings) led the Jazz with 20 points and eleven boards. 2nd year French "Big" Rudy Gobert added 11 points, fourteen boards, and blocked five Bulls shot attempts. The Hinkel Fieldhouse G.O.A.T. Gordon Hayward chipped in with 18 points with former Michigan Wolverines Stars Trey Burke dropping 17. The Jazz shot almost 50% from the field and 75% from the stripe.

The Bulls shooting 33% from the field and 30 % from deep was done from jump street. Jimmy Butler led See Red with 16 and Taj Gibson added 15. It was just one of those nights as the great teams have less than three of those night with good teams five to seven of those nights.

Bulls fall to 25-11 while the Jazz moves to 13-23...
