The Chicago Bears take another step closer to getting a lead man as they hire through numerous media outlets former Saints Executive Ryan Pace to fill the role as Bears GM vacated by Phil Emery. Pace had 14 seasons with the Saints and they have been for the most part the last ten years a force in the NFC south. Now Pace will go get his guy as he GM and Lead man on the sideline work in cahoots to put the best possible team on the field in 2015 playing Home Games at Soldier Field.

Now moving forward with the Bears in need of discussing what to do with the most important position on the field in QB. What will the "Monsters of the Midway" do with Jay Cutler. Look they have all the pieces in place to go from 5-11 to 11-5 as they have an O-Line, skilled players on offense are top-notch bit they must fix that defense.

The Bears have reportedly already interviewed Broncos O-Coordinator Adam Gase and 12's D-Coordinator Dan Quinn. They will also look at Bird Gang D-Coordinator Todd Bowles who is getting plenty of looks deservedly so as the Bears need to fix that "D" ASAP!
