The Dallas Mavericks get another big win last night at the hands of the Sacramento Kings dba #ForeverPurple 93-91. The current three-game Motel Swing has been impressive for the Mavericks as they left the #9 (44-31) seed in the West and now have moved into the #7 seed (47-31).
Impressive W's over the Clippers (113-107) an the Lakers (107-95) holding Staples Center L.A. Sports Arena and Team 16 Chips Hostage and doing it on back to back nights is not easy with Sunset Strip close and Hollywood off in the distance. Then they took care of the Kings last night as its been a Combo of "Mississippi Lightning" Monta Ellis, "Jose from Spain" Calderon, and of course the Mavs G.O.A.T. Dirk Nowitzki doing what the Diggler does.
In the #7 seed the Mavs are currently 1/2 game up on the #8 Phoenix Suns who is playing out their mind as we go to press as they stun OKC Thunder last night. They also have a 1.5 game lead on the #9 Grit and Grind Grizzlies who have cooled off. Can the Mavs close the Season out as they might have to win out and that would be 51-31 on the 2013-14 season?

The Mavs should take care of the Jazz on Tuesday but the Spurs are rolling as they get that in the AA 214. Those last two games maybe the deciding factor unless the Mavs get some help as they get the Suns at home...and the Grizz in Memphis on Game 82 of 82...it's #CrunchTime! The Mavs though on thei recent Motel Swing getting wins have put themselves in a situation where they control their own destiny and that is all you can ask for at this juncture.
