It's not a shocker losing the games as it is how they are losing the games. That Zip-Loc Air Tight Defense the Blackhawks routinely played in the 2012-13 run to the cup has vanished for now and the St. Louis Blues have Uncle MO on their side.

Luck strikes twice as the Blues leading 2-0 through almost 40  minutes as the Hawks 2013-14 Norris Trophy Candidate Duncan Keith gets  "Slapper" to go inn to make it 2-1 Blues at the end of two. The hawks then with Uncle MO chilling in the Hawks Locker Room and grabbing a seat next to Coach Q to begin the 3rd ran all over the Hawks Bench as the hawks get goals from Brent Seabrook and Michal Roszival to make it 3-2 Hawks. The game then turned to the Blue Favor when Seabrook laid the hammer on Blues Captain David Backes causing him some issues and "Brooksie" get tossed a a game misconduct and a suspension might be on the way.

The Hawks Penalty Killing Team to their credit held the fort down until 6.7 seconds remaining as the Blues Russian Right Winger Vladimir Tarasenko "Lights the Lamp" to make it 3-3 and a stunned Blackhawks Bench had to regroup.

The Blues then after a few played at both ends but no real scoring chances gets a "Slapper" from Barrett Jackman just 5:50 into the first Extra Frame for the game-winner and Notes Nation jumped right into the muddy Mississippi River. Blues leads 2-0 as Game 3 will be at the Madhouse on Monday with the Hawks staring at a 2-0 deficit. Crawford stopped 27-31 on Net as Miller stopped 25 of 28 in the Blue Paint!

Questions remain...will Brent Seabrook be suspended and how long? Can the Hawks bounce back from two devastating losses? The Hawks are now in a Must-Win Mode and can they grab Victory at the "Madhouse on Madison"?
