The Wings shocked the World and Bean Town with a 1-0 win in Boston in Game 1 on Russian Royalty Pavel Datsyuk's slick Wrister at the 17:00 mark with some change left in the 3rd. Well no suck luck on Easter Sunday as the Bruin came out flying as expected the #1 seed overall in the 2014 Ice Games Tourney would do.

Behind Frame One goals by the Bruins Justin Florek and Reilly Smith the Bruins went up 2-0 after one. In the 2nd frame with the Bruins patented "D" all over the Ice smothering "Hockey Town USA"     the Wings manage to score on a Luke Glendening Goal at the 13:20 mark in the 2nd to make it 2-1 as the New Boston Garden brought it down a notch. With the Wings with a little "MO" the back breaker came at the 18:16 mark in Frame 2 when Milan Lucic went snap shot beating the Wings Jimmy Howard to make it 3-1 Spokes and that was all of that. Spokes 5-Star Defenseman and Slovakian Zdeno Chara close the scoring with a snap shot of his own in the 3rd at the 2:27 mark for a Final score of 4-1 Spokes.

If anything Boston needed this one to even the Series and also to let the Wings know who the real Bruins are as the Bruins superior Defensemen led by Chara and Finnish Net Minder Tuukka Rask is a load on almost every night and every minute to the last second. Speaking of Rask he stopped 34 of 35 shots with Howard stopping 25 of 29 shots for "Hockey Town USA".

The Series now heads back to the Joe at 1-1 as the Wings did what they were suppose to do in stealing Home Ice now we see if they can hold up their end of the bargain after a Home-Cooked Meal!
