The New England Patriots are 2-0 and I would venture out to sat this luckily they had the Jets and Bills on the Menu first as the Pats are still a work on progress. Behind a lot of three and outs from both and turnovers the Pats win 13-10 as they game laid out for Gang Green to win as Geno made mistake after mistake. Geno threw three picks as Brady has a WR Crew that isn't what he is use to seeing. Yes the Jets move the Pigskin on the ground but they were lost in the Red Zone. The Pats on the other hand made enough plays early enough in the game to pull this one out. The AFC East won't be an easy ride for anyone including the Pats in 2013.

Switching gears as the Pittsburgh Pirates take care of the Chicago Cubs at PNC 3-1 to move back into a tie with the St. Louis Cardinals. The Cards lose to the Beer Makers 5-3 and that sets up a duel to the finish as both teams will battle it out for the NL Central Crown. The Red Legs siting at the #3 slot behind both the Cards and Buccos are just 2.5 games off the pace. There should be drama at the end of September in the Central as it would be cold-blooded to see the Red Legs march back into 1st late.
