The San Francisco Giants knew in order to get back to the top of the NL West and the Senior Circuit Ace Madison Bumgarner dba "Mad-Bum" couldn't do it all by his lonesome. What did the Gigantes Mastermind do in GM Brian Sabean as he acquires both Johnny Cueto and Jeff Samardzija in the off-season and its paying dividends already.

Behind the Gigantes smashing success on Opening Day versus the Milwaukee Brewers San Fran Hardball turned to Cueto and he gets the job done with a little help from Gigantes Brandon Crawford and Joe Panik.

Crawford with the Brew Crew up 1-0 in the top half of the 3rd took Milwaukee Starter Jimmy Nelson yard for a solo bomb tying the game up at 1-1. Then in the 4th it was a Matt Duffy force out that scored Panik making it 2-1 as Cueto and the Gigantes Pen would do the rest.

"Johnny good Enough" goes seven strong scattering six hits and a run as he strikes out four. Nelson his counterpart takes the "L" as he goes 7 plus giving up two runs on five hits. It cane down to that two-headed Captain Save-A-Game from San Fran talking Sergio Romo and Santiago Casilla that would shutdown Milwaukee the last two frames for that 2-1 Gigantes "W"!

Ten Rubber Game is set for a 1:20pm CST 1st pitch as the Gigantes try and go for the sweep with a 4-piece with the Dodgers starting on Thursday April 7th at AT&T Park...
