The New Orleans Pelicans are slowly evolving into a Big Three as PG Jrue Holiday, Tyreke Evans, and Anthony Davis are becoming a lethal trio to be reckoned with in h Logo for the 2014-15 season. The visiting Golden State Warriors were not having of that with Anthony Davis still sidelined by a chest contusion. The Warriors run their win streak to an eye-popping 16 games beating the NOLA Gumbo Pelicans 128-122 in an extra frame on Sunday Night in the Big Easy!

It was the Splash Brothers doing what they do as Steph Curry starring as the "Human Torch" of Under Armour Basketball leading the way with a team-high 34 points and seven helpers. His partner in crime KLAY-metheus of Nike Hoops goes for 29 points as they combine to shoot 8 for 17! "Iggy of Planet Oracle" Andre Iguodala added 20 points of the bench as G.S.W. almost hit those magic numbers of 50-50-80 shooting 51% FG, 45% 3 pt FG, and 83% FT.

Tyreke Evans of State Bird of Louisiana was hearing none of that dropping 34 points of his own with eight boards and five helpers. He was a one-man wrecking crew and this is the player Pelicans GM Dell Demps envisioned of getting when they made the big tread e with the Kings. Former Sixers All-Star PG Jrue Hoiliday added 30 points and nine helpers with Ryan Anderson chipping in with 15 points.

The Warriors move to 21-2 while the Pelicans fall to 11-12...
