The Cleveland Indians come into KC having swept the South Siders in Chi City in four games. The tribe have been chasing the Tigers in that #2 hole in the Central and it has paid of as they come in just 1/2 game back of the Rays and Rangers. They have been doing it on the Hill, at the Dish, and with some timely Leather and all that spells Mid to Late October Hardball.

The Royals have been above water for quite some time on the Junior Circuit and now they are closing in on the AL Wild Card and believe or not if they win this series vs the Tribe they would be right in the middle of things with a little over two weeks to play. Everyone in these Cities is watching both Tackle Football and the Show as they have their Peepers on Hardball a little bit more as its been a few years for both.

The Tribe need Ace Masterson as he hit the DL and should be back shortly. But to the Indians Credit they are locked in and determined to get into October Hardball one way or another. The Royals are built to make a run in 2014 and beyond as they are getting valuable experience and make things happen in the present. The Tribe and Royals could make a move in the AL Wild Card in the next few days.
