It was only a matter of time until the BLUEDUDE came out with his Major League Baseball report and it is no surprise who is on top in the JUNIOR Circuit.

The ANAHEIM ANGELS aka the HALOS led by two huge off season acquisitions in left-hander CJ Wilson and first baseman/designated-hitter Albert Pujols. The RANGERS may have been in this position but losing WILSON to their rivals the HALOS makes Anaheim the team to beat in the AL.

The HALOS also have arguably the best Starting rotation in the SHOW with RHP's Jared WEAVER (from Powerhouse Cal State Fullerton and younger brother of Jeff Weaver), Dan HAREN (who may have the best stuff on the staff with that 2-seam split-finger fastball), Ervin SANTANA, Jerome WILLIAMS, and the aforementioned WILSON. Closer Jordan WALTON, who had 32 saves in 42 SVO's and a sparkling 2.98 era will get those duties again.

The HALOS projected line-up looks like this for 2012:

SS E AYBAR
2B H KENDRICK
1B A PUJOLS
DH K MORALES
LF V WELLS
RF T HUNTER
3B A CALLASPO
C C IANNETTA
CF P BOURJOS

The HALOS 2012 line-up packs SPEED, Power-Hitting, Line-Drive Hitting, and plenty of Versatility with the man in the 3-Hole in PUJOLS. AYBAR, BOURJOS, and KENDRICK are the speed demons, and MORALES, WELLS, and HUNTER will be the ones trying to protect the HALOS quarter of a BILLION Dollar investment.

If everything holds up and the HALOS stay healthy they will be at the TOP of the MLB Standings all season let alone the Junior Circuit.

Looking at who will be chasing the HALOS and racing for AL's Best:

RANGERS: They paid a pretty penny to get Japanese Import Yu DARVISH but they had to replace the loss of CJ WILSON.  Closer Joe NATHAN they hope will get back to form and if he doesn't they may spell gloom and doom on the back end. The RANGER still have arguably the best hitting line up in the BIGS in HAMILTON, KINSLER, BELTRE, CRUZ, and YOUNG. Starting Pitching is my ONLY concern but they will be in the RACE all season.

TIGERS: They have VERLANDER and to get some offensive help they get FIELDER 2.0 as in PRINCE Fielder. Now they are poised not to have any offensive slumps like last season and put Fielder with a healthy Miggy CABRERA it might be the best DUO in the SHOW. The TIGERS are a serious threat and they have behind that pitching their quiet unassuming one on Closer Jose VALVERDE. They will win the AL Central for sure.

CARMINES: Team CHICKEN and BEER aka Team LUDACRIS is OUT and in is Team
Bobby V....What's your Phone NUMBER..Bobby VALENTINE. The BOSOX have the ingredients but can they put it all together and Mastermind Theo EPSTEIN is gone but he never played right? With BECKETT, BUCHHOLZ, and LESTER they have a Top 3 Starting Rotation. The ONLY question is who is Andre BAILEY the Closer? The CARMINES will hit they have to wonder about their Back End of the pitching.

PINSTRIPES: Is that Andy PETTITE the winningest Pitcher in MLB Post Season History back in the saddle. It must be nice to sit back a year and then call GM CASH-MON-ey and SKIP Girardi to get back on the Roster. The YANKS still have issues after they get past ACE SABATHIA. A new A-ROD at least a new KNEE he says....could help the PINSTRIPES O immensely and they play in the toughest division by far the AL EAST. PINSTRIPES have a lot of questions to answer before the start.

RAYS: Joe MADDEN and the RAYS are loaded and they are still are infused with major talent and youth. Look for the New Kid on the Block...LF Desmond JENNINGS to become a household name. They still have SHIELDS and PRICE anchoring a pretty good starting rotation. And look what the wind blew in projected Closer Kyle FARNSWORTH whose stuff is undeniable but you have to keep him out of the local Water Holes as that is what did him in on the North Side of CHI-City. UPTON and that Average Joe of the Hot Corner Evan LONGORIA anchor the RAYS Offense.

A CUP of JOE in the SHOW Report will have the SENIOR Circuit Preview coming Monday...follow the BLUEDUDE on Twitter @bluedudesports and on Google PLUS AJ HARRIS the SPORTS BLOGGER
