FALCONS @ PANTHERS: The PANTHERS were up 23-7 in the 2nd Quarter until the FALCONS started playing and came back with a VENGEANCE and WON 31-23. Now CAM NEWTON has to go back home and hear it from his BOYS that the HOME TEAM beat him twice. The FALCONS have put themselves in a good Playoff Position in the NFC.

TEXANS @ BENGALS: this is the GAME that could have sealed the BENGALS Playoff hopes as they lose with 2 seconds to go in the GAME and they get a liitle dose of what they have been shoveling down peoples throats..A ROOKIE QB doing damage in CRUNCH TIME. Now the BENGALS will have to fight and claw their way back into PLAYOFF CONTENTION as they have the RAVENS in WEEK 17.

The TEXANS are playing at a high level and they will possibly get a 1st Round BYE in the AFC PLAYOFFS.

VIKINGS @ LIONS: To PERCY HARVIN's Credit....QUIT or not playing at 100% doesn't apply to the Virginia Beach VA Native as he has single-handily kept the VIKES Offense flowing in the last few weeks. The LIONS started out with a BANG and went out like LARRY HOLMES.....FLABBY and SICK. But they are now in the Driver's Seat for that NFC WILD CARD as the BEARS KEEP LOSING.

BUCCANEERS @ JAGS: WHAT A MESS.....I hope the BUCS don't get rid of Coach Raheem MORRIS because he and his QB josh FREEMAN are both in a SOPHOMORE SLUMP. JAGS playing on FUMES and a positive sign moving into next season...FINISH STRONG.

EAGLES @ DOLPHINS: The EAGLES are PROFESSIONAL as they handle the FINS for their Head Coach Andy REID. DON'T LOOK NOW....the EAGLES won't get into the PLAYOFFS but if they WIN OUT...it will be very interesting. The DOLPHINS fired HEAD COACH SPARANO (see POST BEFORE this post called FIRING SQUAD) and now they have only themselves to blame as this was the inevitable.

CHIEFS @ JETS: DIDn't know CHIEFS Coach Todd HALEY was on a SHORT LEASH but now I Know. A day after the JETS put 37 on him...the CHIEFS Fire HALEY (on the POST called FIRING SQUAD as well) and he lost 3 of his TOP 4 PLAYERS to Injured Reserve.

The JETS are lurking and they are trying to get that AFC WILKD CARD and may get it and if they do......the JETS will be playing with nothing to lose.....that will be a PROBLEM for SOME Opponents moving forward facing the J-E-T-S....JETS JETS JETS

SAINTS @ TITANS: BOTH had to WIN and the SAINTS stay in the #2 Seed in the NFC with a HARD FOUGHT win in MUSIC CITY. The SAINTS now if they WIN OUT will only have one PLAYOFF GAME Outside...most likely in LAMBEAU.

The TITANS battled and if they would've WON and the TEXANS LOSE...the AFC SOUTH would have been down to 1 GAME....but it didn't play out the WAY. CJ28 is getting some LEGS under him finally.

PATRIOTS @ REDSKINS: The PATRIOTS Offense always looks great but the DEFENSE needs some help and in a hurry as they are holding on to the AFC EAST as well. The 'SKINS need a miracle and you wonder how long SNYDER will hold onto the SHANAHAN REGIME.....you just wonder.

Are the PATRIOTS the BEST TEAM in the AFC.......NOT by any stretch.

49ERS @ ARIZONA: The NINERS have struggled a a little but guess who is coming to town.....the STEELERS on MNF...and the 49ERS better be ready as the STEELERS will be looking to make a MOVE in the AFC NORTH.

THe NINERS have to get QB SMITH throwing DOWN FIELD in the passing game and GORE in the RUNNING GAME. As for the CARDS they won and then WHAT?...SEASON BEEN OVER for them

BEARS @ BRONCOS: The BRONCOS did it again and someone will have to beat them in DENVER in the PLAYOFFS in all that snow and cold weather. The BEARS might have just knocked themselves out of the PLAYOFFS and put themselves in a must-win situation at LAMBEAU XMAS NIGHT...GOOD LUCK.
