WOW!...Was it just the BLUEDUDE last NBA SEASON during WINNING Time that saw that the BULLS lacked another PERIMETER Player to go with DERRICK ROSE and preferably a SHOOTING GUARD or was that my imagination.

The WHOLE BASKETBALL WORLD knows Derrick ROSE NEEDS a Running Mate so rumored to have a WISH LIST....BULLS President John PAXSON and acting General MANAGER (PAX still RUNS this he just doesn't want to take the P R Hit if things don't work out) Gar FOREMAN.

The WISH LIST is kinda what the BLUEDUDE has been saying all along but has a few players that the BULLS have NO SHOT of getting. But the TARGET for the BULLS they will probably get HIM by default because of injuries to his knees.

The CHICAGO BULLS SHOOTING GUARD Wish List for 2011-12:

MAIN TARGET: The 6'4" Brandon ROY aka BROY 7 is the BULLS target and the only reason the BLAZERS are letting him walk because of his KNEE ISSUES which ALL TEAMS vying for his services are full aware of.

The BULLS have a lot of their money under the CAP tied to ROSE, DENG, BOOZER, and NOAH so at this point ROY would have to probably take the VETERANS Mid-Level Exception of $5 Million.

Now does ROY FIT?....Are you kidding me a perfect PLAYOFF Type guard who reminds the BLUEDUDE of former TCU and Milwaukee BUCKS Standout BIG Guard Ricky PIERCE. Roy can get you off the DRIBBLE, uses his body in traffic very well, and excellent free throw shooter, and a PROTOTYPICAL POST Up Game for a BIG GUARD in the Association. Then pair him up between ROSE and DENG the BULLS are BACK and RELOADED for the RUN in WINNING TIME 2012.

OTHER TARGET if the BULLS don't get BROY 7:

* Jason RICHARDSON: Played with the SUNS and ended up with the ORLANDO MAGIC and he is what he is at this point. The BULLS would only go to J-RICH if all else has failed. He is still athletic and GUARD PEOPLE but he has NVER WON ANYTHING...NOTHING. Can he help the BULLS....not enough to put them over the HUMP REAL TALK.

* Richard RIP HAMILTON: This might be the Consolation Prize for the BULLS and in hindsight RIP might be the FIT they are looking for. An NBA CHAMPION on a very good defensive team and from a half court OFFENSE Standpoint...RIP is still as SOLID as they come. Also in TRANSITION RIP and ROSE on the BREAK would be excellent because of RIP's NBA TOP SHELF Mid-Range Arsenal. Can RIP HELP the BULLS....this might be the one to put them in a position to square off with the WEST CHAMPS and get by 305.

* Arron AFFALO: Still property of the Denver NUGGETS and if you have been keeping up to date (this is why BLUEDUDE SPORTSTALK and the BLUEDUDE is HERE) the NUGGETS let ENIGMATIC Big Guard Earl J.R. SMITH walk and he signed with a TEAM in JAPAN and now his NBA RIGHTS are gone for the 2011-12 NBA Season.

Having said that as the NUGGETS are rebuilding or trying to move in the RIGHT DIRECTION by SUBTRACTION by ADDITION..AFFALO becomes the NUGGETS #1 Priority since MELO, Mr. BIG SHOT, J.R., and NENE all moved or in NENE's Case about to get out of town. So AFFALO signing with the BULLS seems to be a LONG SHOT at this point and it would help the BULLS but not as much as RIP signing.

* Caron BUTLER: People forget the BUTLER is a 2-Time All-Star and he was on the MAVERICKS Roster last season but a KNEE Injury last DECEMBER put him on the SHELF for the SEASON.

This would be very interesting DEAL if the BULLS could get CARON. He is a BIG GUARD trapped into a Small Forward Frame with unique SKILLS to handle BOTH SPOTS. The $5 Million Question becomes are the MAVERICKS willing to part with their 2nd Best Player on their ROSTER with most everyone NORTH of 30 Years of age....I don't think so.

Would the BUTLER be a PERFECT FIT for the BULLS....no doubt but the MAVS would be FOOLISH to let him walk now they have everyone back and have added BLAZERS F and SPANISH National Team WING Rudy FERNANDEZ.

Now you see the BULLS 2011 XMAS WISH LIST....can SANTA and his ELVES deliver either BROY 7, RIP , or the BUTLER.....Only DECEMBER 9th will tell as the NBA Free AGENCY Signing period begins a week from TODAY.
