The MAJOR BLACK College FOOTBALL COACH is the ELEPHANT in the ROOM....and MAJOR UNIVERSITIES are still treating them like the TOKEN in the ROOM

There comes a time when you say let's go back to those DAYS since in some cases where are not to far from it. MAJOR COLLEGE Football has some issues like most COLLEGE and PROFESSIONAL SPORTS but COLLEGE FOOTBALL takes it a STEP to the OLD DAYS.

How many BLACKHEAD COACHES are in the NCAA FBS or NCAA DIVISION 1-A Level? You can count them on TWO HANDS as their are 120 JOBS and the COLLEGE FOOTBALL WORLD keeps peddling in those DAYS.

A recent report few years back from AOLNews.com cited that although in 2009 there was a boom of 4 hirings the COLLEGE FOOTBALL WORLD has a LONG WAY to go. Look at these staggering STATISTICS:

55% of all STUDENT-ATHLETES in DIVISION 1-A Sports are minorities

91% of Athletic Directors and School Presidents are WHITE

So if there are currently 8 Black Head Coaches out of 120 that is roughly 6% plus are BALCK and some 93% plus are WHITE.

Just recetly former BUFFALO University Head Coach now the UNIVERSITY of KANSAS JAYHAWKS Football COach Turner GILL was fired after his 2nd Season in LAWRENCE and he had a 5 Year Contract. Now let the BLUEDUDE tell you how it works.

Turner a FORMER All-American QB at Nebraska LINCOLN for BIG RED and the CORNHUSKERS was a heckuva talent and a great STUDENT-ATHLETE under the great Tom OSBORNE in LINCOLN. He built up BUFFALO of the MId-American Conference and won a TITLE before he left there.

Now while he was there he interviewed and interviewed for JOB after JOB. So going back to the STATS if 93% plus of the Athletic Directors and School Presidents are WHITE and the BOARD of TRUSTEES are most certaintly at worst 98.9% White....you think GILL has any chance of STAYING at a MAJOR College Football Program if they don't get IMMEDIATE RESULTS. And I am talking 24 months NOT that 60 MONTHS he was given. The SAD thing is that he and his wife knew it and the JAYHAWKS knew it too not to mention 8 out of every 10 ALUMNI didn't approve the HIRING.

But let's take it a step further....if they don't want a BLACK MAN running their FOOTBALL PROGRAM then the BLACK STUDENT-ATHLETE should go elsewhere including that GREAT BASKETBALL TEAM they have every year. Not taking a STAB at Bill SELF but the WORLD isn't perfect and the KANSAS JAYHAWK Football Program has never been even RAMEN NOODLES while DAMN there everyone else in the CONFERENCE has been FETTICINUE ALFREDO.

EVERYONE but the BLACK HEAD FOOTBALL COACH in DIVISION 1-a gets to fulfill their WHOLE CONTRACT. They get the TOKEN INTERVIEW, the TOKEN WELCOME PARTY, the TOKEN HANDSHAKE, and the TOKEN TENURE.....and COLLEGE FOOTBALL.....you are putting yourself in a BIND but you have the SANDUSKY's and FINE's of the WORLD doing their THING.....BULLSHIT..SHAME ON YOU.

I remember the SEC and their RING of COACHES said when TURNER GILL interviewed for the AUBURN JOB......it was reported 3 Head Coaches of that CONFERENCE said, " GILL will never get that JOB because he has a WHITE WIFE".....If you can say that SHOT... WE NEED to SEE your NAME BUM. I KNOW it was off the RECORD or I can say it and recruit predominantly BLACK STUDENT-ATHLETES and after I say it go on off to the BONFIRE.....WHATEVER.

And to THE UNIVERSITY of KANSASS in LAWRENCE ,who just hired Former NOTRE DAME COACH, CHIEFS and GATOR O-COORDINATOR, I know you had CHARLIE set up and it was the BOARD of TRUSTEES and ALUMNI that ran him down after you talked to him all last season when he was with the CHIEFS.....and I can only imagine what you said. KANSAS should never get another BLACK Student-Athlete on their basketball TEAM either...how 'bout those JONATHAN's.
