WEEK 6 in the NCAA FOOTBALL Power Rankings and the usual suspects are at the top. The change this week comes in the back end of the Top 10 through 15 of last week.

NOW.......what games could impact this week's rankings......the RED RIVER SHOOTOUT in BIG D at the Cotton Bowl......OU Norman vs UT Austin........and the WAR EAGLES of AUBURN vs PIG SOOOOIE of ARKANSAS or maybe......just maybe the GATORS can make the visit to DEATH VALLEY in the BAYOU interesting.

1. LSU (1) 5-0: The TIGERS are taking care of BIZ now the GATORS for a little home cooking......QB Jefferson is back

2. OKLAHOMA (2) 4-0: the Battle of RED RIVER the 100th Edition vs Hookem' HORNS.....SOONERS already tested

3. ALABAMA (3) 5-0: Took apart an above average FLORIDA Bunch in the SWAMP......up next VANDY at HOME

4. Oklahoma STATE (4) 4-0: WR Justin BLACKMON and Company waiting on the SOONERS to decide FATE...maybe

5. BOISE STATE (5) 4-0: They are in the Drivers Seat........and TEAMS will fall in front of them

6. WISCONSIN (6) 5-0: QB Russell WILSON put on a display vs BIG RED last week....an EARLY Heisman Leader

7. STANFORD (9) 4-0: Will LUCK and the RED ever be tested before OREGON or SC?.......Probably not

8. OREGON (10) 3-1: That one loss to LSU not as bad as it seemed moving forward...if you lose ...lose early

9. CLEMSON (12) 5-0: Beat Auburn, Florida ST, and VA TECH last week........the ACC goes through DEATH VALLEY Atlantic Coast

10. MICHIGAN (15) 5-0: the WOLVERINES have a TRAP GAME this week in EVANSTON at NORTHWESTERN....eat no CHEESE when givin' to you MAIZE and BLUE

11. TEXAS (NR) 4-0: We are about to see what the 2011 Version of HOOKEM' HORNS is really about at the RED RIVER Shootout this weekend

12. Georgia TECH (NR) 5-0: the RAMBLIN' WRECK has to be looking at CLEMSON as their next BIG ONE....and maybe for the ACC Crown

13. ILLINOIS (NR) 5-0: You know Ron ZOOK and the boys were let off the HOOK........they have the MEAT of the schedule coming up

14. ARKANSAS (NR) 4-1: Big Comeback WIN for the HOGS......they still are in the running to make an impact on the SEC WEST

15a. South CAROLINA (8) 4-1: BAD LOSS to the WAR EAGLES of Auburn and at home.....QB Issues are the Problem.....no other way to put it......STEPHEN GARCIA

15b. NEBRASKA (7) 4-1: No pun intended...but BIG RED looked really overmatched last week.....this is a Good Spot to hide for now.....

Arizona STATE 4-1 if it weren't for the Pothole at ILLINOIS.....they would be undefeated
Va TECH 4-1 looked a little slow surprisingly vs CLEMSON......not good BEAMER BALL right there
West VIRGINIA 4-1 still the team to beat in the BIG EAST....way too much OFFENSIVE firepower
