NFL WEEK 5 was SHOW n TELL for a lot of teams as we are officially in the all important 2nd Quarter of the season. The STEELERS showed that they CAN STOP the RUN, the LIONS and PACKERS are on a collision course for NFC Supremacy, and the JETS CAN'T WAIT....for a W.

There is trouble brewing in the City of Brotherly Love as the EAGLES aka the DREAM TEAM have fallen to 1-4 and they need to finish 9-2 to have a LEGIT SHOT at the Postseason.

EAGLES @ the BISON CITY: EAGLES QB Mike VICK threw 4 PICKS and one was a PICK 6 and the EAGLES have officially put their Head Coach ANDY REID on Life Support.

The BILLS had a lot to do with the EAGLES losing this one as underrated BILLS RB Fred JACKSON had another impact game both running and receiving. The EAGLES look like they are looking for answers and are reacting to everything instead of just playing. The REDSKINS are 3-1 and the Giants are 3-2 so the EAGLES still have time an must WIN the HEAD to HEADS vs those teams.

The BILLS are cruising and they might be better than the NY JETS.

WHO DAT? @ the QUEEN CITY: PANTHERS QB Cam NEWTON continues to impress but they are still putting up L's. If the PANTHERS D could just get a few stops per game the PANTHERS might be 3-2 right now.

The SAINTS QB Drew BREES is a machine and outside of the PACKERS and their QB Aaron RODGERS....the SAINTS have more Offensive Weapons than anyone. The PANTHERS had problems SUNDAY stopping that machine but PANTHERS....you are not alone.

the SILVER & BLACK @ ROCKET CITY TX: You just knew going in that the RAIDERS would be playing for their late OWNER AL DAVIS and only the game not being played might STOP the RAIDERS. Well the SILVER & BLACK won the game in Dramatic Fashion and to the BLUEDUDE they are the TEAM to beat in the AFC WEST.

The TEXANS lost the game but lost something bigger......TEXANS DE/OLB SUPER Mario WILLIAMS is out for the season with a torn pectoral muscle and things just keep getting worse and worse for the TEXANS. And to compound things they travel to the BIG CRAB CAKE in BALTIMORE this weekend to take on the BYE WEEK RAVENS....Good Luck.

CHIEFS @ INDY: Someone had to WIN and LOSE this game...COLTS lose and they are 0-5 and the CHIEFS are 2-3. Are any of these teams going anywhere....NO....will they be a tough out on a week to week basis.....it's the NFL.

BENGALS @ J'VILLE: Don't look now but the Defensive and ANDY DALTON Led BENGALS are in 2nd Place in the AFC North and who said Marvin LEWIS couldn't right the SHIP in 5-STAR Chili Land.

The BENGALS D has been their calling card and rightfully so as BENGALS Head man Marvin LEWIS did the same as Defensive Coordinator with the RAVENS.

The JAGS are on SUICIDE Watch.....and Coach JACK DEL RIO looked and sounded like he wanted the OWNER of the JAGS to FIRE him right after the game. Don't worry you just have to go to PITTSBURGH next week and your about 2 weeks to late catching them.

CARDINALS @ TWIN CITIES: The PURPLE PEOPLE said we will not lose another close game o let's come out firing....to the tune of 28-0 before the TV Crew could show you the starting lineups for the game.

CARDS Coach Ken WHISENHUNT has to be on the clock as getting QB Kevin KOLB was the right thing to do but that DEFENSE...looks awful. If COACH WHIZ would quit watching the STEELERS waiver line and concentrate on his own BIZ he might be able to breakdown his teams shortcomings.

The VIKES needed that but they still play BEARS and PACKERS twice and the LIONS one more time......should have saved that 28...put up 13 and used that 15 vs the PACKERS.....OH WELL.

SEAHAWKS @ NY FOOTBALL GIANTS: This was the SHOCKER Sunday. The 12th ZONE comes all the way across the US to play the GINATS and the G-MEN were riding high at 3-1 to lose to the SEAHAWKS 36-25. That is unexplainable and profound and will cost the G-MEN a DIVISION TITLE.

The SEAHAWKS didn't really need his one as they are 2 games BACK of the COLTS to get STANFORD QB Andrew LUCK. HAWKS QB Charlie WHITEHURST played well though and Tavaris JACKSON is DONE....whether he is on IR or not....DONE. HAWKS WR Sidney RICE...WHY in MALL of AMERICA Field did you go to SEATTLE?

MUSIC CITY @ the STEEL CITY: STEELERS can't STOP the RUN....BIG BEN getting killed back there....STEELERS can't RUN the ball. The BLUEDUDE was worried because TITANS RB CJ28 was in the BUILDING. Meanwhile the STEELERS looked like they might have gotten on track in a BIG WAY and OLB Lamaar WOODLEY had a PICK, 2 sacks, multiple hurries, and THE D looked like we need to look.

BIG BEN and all those WEAPONS received some help from an unlikely source.....the SHORT BUS or MEAT WAGON RB Jonathan DWYER ran for over 100 yards and Isaac REDMAN chipped in with about 40 cents and the STEELERS Run Game was back and in full effect.

DA BEARS @ the FORD FIELD LIONS 2k11 EDITION: BEARS LB Lance BRIGGS said it best, " We must win this game....we are 2-2 and the LIONS 4-0 and the PACK is 5-0...we LOSE....we are 3 games back..that's a huge hole". FINAL BEARS 13 LIONS 24....3 GAMES back of 1st..the BEARS are.

The LIONS looked faster...had a better scheme..made the proper adjustments when they had to...and took the GAME OVER in the 3 rd frame. The BEARS got hit in the MOUTH in the 3rd and couldn't get up...REAL TALK. BEARS QB Cutler played well considering every snap LIONS were coming into HIS SPACE DUDE...uninvited.

The LIONS Have it going...both Offensively and Defensively and it is a COOL thing to watch. What was even cooler was that they were honoring some of the GREAT LIONS PLAYERS before the Game...and BARRY SANDERS was in the BUILDING. An no DIS RESPECT to LIONS FANS...he still ha to be the #1 Selling LIONS Jersey....Hands Down.

STAFFORD, MEGATRON, JUMBOTRON, SUH, Van Den BOSCH, DELMAS, AVRIL BACCUS, and RIAOLA......the LIONS are putting something special together.....and the D needs this in the worst way.
