Now your saying but there were 2 other BIG-TIME Freshman in Terrence JONES (PORTLAND JEFFERSON HS OR) and Doron LAMB (Oak Hill ACADEMY VA) that STAYED?....YES...and Coach CAL and the CATS Staff were probably elated.

Then you say OK.......so what did the KENTUCKY WILDCATS haul in for the 2011-12 Men's Basketball Season......the #1 Class of Course.

Enter 4 of the TOP 12 Consensus Players in the US in High School last season..they all signed with UK LEXINGTOn including 3 of the TOP 10. You put those 4 with LAMB and JONES Sophomore Leadership......it should be lights out at LEXINGTON.

PG Marquis TEAGUE Indianapolis INDIANA PIKE HS: an explosive PG and the #1 rated Pure PG in the LAND. Mid-Range, highly-athletic, Basketball IQ off the charts, excellent Shooter from deep, and his older brother is JEFF that plays for the HAWKS.

WF Michael GILCHRIST-KIDD Jersey CITY NJ ST. PATRICKS HS: the best Defender in the Class of 2011 and one of the more heralded KIDS out of the Class of 2011. Excellent On the BALL Defnder, very good anticipation, excellent leaper, mid-range guy......needs to work on Ball-Handling and outside shooting from deep......but definately BIG STAGE Ready.

PF Kyle WILTJER Portland OREGON JESUIT HS: same HS that produced Former DUKE Stand-out Mike DUNLEAVY JR. A knockdown shooter from deep with a surprising post game. LONG not as ATHLETIC but basketball savvy and originally from CANADA. He will cause all sorts of mis-matches because of his size and versatility.

SF/PF Anthony DAVIS Chicago ILLINOIS PERSPECTIVES HS: just splashed onto the scene and a clear cut the best PLAYER in the STATE of Illinois in 2010-11. at nearly 6-10 can play all over the court reminds the BLUEDUDE of a mix between SHEED WALLACE and Kevin GARNETT.....excellent SHOT-BLOCKER.....can shoot it from deep, really good defender, and what separates him from SHEED and BIG TICKET.....his ball-handling at his size. A real GEM and you put DAVIS with JONES and WILTJER...lookout.

All four Freshman were BIG MAC's and Jordan BRAND All-Americans.

A fabulous talent and many said should have been rated even higher. A craft 6-1 160 EL BEEs of a WATER BUG. Super-Quick with excellent vision, crafty, unlimited range, jumps out the GYM, and Atlanta METRO Rush HOUR Handles. Highly athletic and the UK practices have to be off the CHARTS....with all that talent.

Another Big Contributor and STARTER will be 6'7" 2G/WF Darius MILLER. He provides Shooting and Defense and will probably play alot on the BASELINE as the CATS are this there if anywhere.

At KENTUCKY'S Midnight MADNESS....the #1 rated HS Player in the COUNTRY LAS VEGAS NEVADA'S Bishop Gorman HS SF Shabazz MUHAMMAD will be attending as UK, kANSAS, UNLV, UCLA...among other appear to be in the LEAD for his sevices

looks like another BANNER YEAR for the WILDCATS.......they are loaded again. The GAME to see....is December 3rd......when the TAR HEELS of UNC come calling.......they have arguably the best frontline in the country in Harrsion BARNES, Tyler ZELLER, James McADOO, and John HENSON.
