Yes the #1 overall pick will be on the defensive side of the Wilson Pigskin in the trenches as i see as many as ten to a dozen going round 1 calling home the D-Line or Edge.
As for Islands dba Defensive Backs there will be a run on them on round 1 and a major run in round two and three as its deep with front end talent. The Quarterback Position is not deep but has one of the more polarizing prospects in as many years in 2k18 Heisman Trophy Winner Kyler Murray. Murray might go #2 behind Ohio State QB Dwayne Haskins as I se both not getting past the Top 15-18 picks.

Both Bosa and Williams could swap position but there are clear cut 1 and 2 with zero arguments as we go to press Bosa to Red Zone Cardinals and Q-Will to the Gold Rush Niners...
Allen can line up anywhere in the Defense and can play in space or come off the edge that dynamic if his Pro Day is electric like everyone expects can he vault himself past Bosa and Williams?
Gary is right there with Bosa minus the Motor as he go hard but not as hard as Bosa but still a Top 5 Pick and athletic as all get out...
