A game that was going to nip and tuck throughout played as scripted and the home team the Michigan Wolverines held serve. The Wolverines beat a really good Wisconsin Badgers Team that has been on their game playing behind All-Big Ten Performer Ethan Happ (19 pts 11 rebs).

Go Blue used a late second half surge to get by ten Badgers behind Wolverines Leaders Charles Matthews dba C-Matt (18 pts) and "Big" Jon Teske (17 pts 12 rebs) as Michigan shot a torrid 24% from Detroit and Wisconsin followed suit shooting just 33% from Flint, Michigan.

Sophomore Michigan Guard Jordan Poole's 10 points and nine boards were the difference in this one as as the Badgers could not get anything going from their bench. Wisconsin's inability to get to the line also played a huge factor as they shot just two from the stripe all game long.

The Wolverines move to an impressive and somewhat quiet 22-2 and 11-2 in Big Ten Play. The Badgers fall to 17-7 and 9-4 in Big Ten Play with another month to go in conference play anything can happen.
