The Oklahoma City Thunder might have gotten back to those and I hate to say this those Russ, KD and Harden Days as Westbrook and Paul George have been Marvel Characters in the last two months taking the "Logo" by Thunder literally and figuratively speaking!

Yes Portland came in with their own Marvel Character who can drop 12 Bars at any juncture inside the game Damian Lillard but to beat these current Thunder Players you need to be Team LeBron heading into NBA All-Star Weekend.

O.K.C. led 68-49 at the break only to let their Dawgs off the pedal and let the Blazers right back into the game in the 3rd frame. That 33-19 Rip City run in the 3rd was led by Dame Dolla who else as he had 13 of his team-high 31 in the 3rd. The Regulators led by just five at the end of the 87-82 but the 4th belonged to the Artist formerly known as PG-13 now dba Playoff P as George went for 18 if his game-high 47 in the 4th.

Playoff P shoots 8 for 13 from Edmond, Oklahoma  and 15 for 26 from the field. He also added a dozen boards with ten helpers joining Russ for a triple-double. Westbrook goes 21 points and fourteen boards with eleven helpers as his impact on the game is more than just "Buckets" and that is the last time the Bluedude gives you Cliff Notes on that no more yellow book for you...

Joining Dame's team-high 31 was Jake Layman's 17 points off the bench as Rip City had the unenviable task of playing mid-afternoon in Dallas losing to Mavs 102-101 and then the 2nd leg of a back to back with O.K.C. resting at home you get to see Russ and Playoff P...the Dog Days of the Logo right before All-Star Break.

Dame's Partner in Crime the "Engineer" C.J. McCollum had just 13 points on 5 for 20 shooting as he continues to play off kilter too many up and down games for a "Sade" like scorer..,.Smoooooooth Operator!

O.K.C. moves to 37-19 while the Blazers fall to 33-23 still in the middle of the West ready to do damage on that back end of the NBA Schedule leading into "Winning Time"...

Regulatooooooooooors...Mount Up!
