The Portland Trailblazers had all the "Analytics" and "Data" on Dallas super-rookie Luke Doncic (pictured here) and the primary ball-handler for the Mavs running their offense and in transition. When Luka is on the hardwood "Craft" with range and game off the bounce getting to the cup, mid-range and shooting from Frisco, Texas...

Well the Blazers played the first three frames as though there will be no Luka Factor won't be an option for Dallas as Portland led 57-47 at the break and 92-78 after three. That lead was due to Rip City All-Star PG Dame Lillard 's game-high 30 points but his partner in crime the "Engineer" CJ McCollum was off.

With McCollum (14 pts 0-5 3pt FG) seemingly not in his bag or on his game here comes the Mavs and Luke Time was on tap again in the AA 214. On two Tim Hardaway Jr. free throws the Mavs tied the contest at 97-97  near the three minute mark. Dallas then on the ensuing possession took the lead on a Doncic field goal making it 99-97 Dallas.

Dame Dolla tied the game up at 99-99 at the stripe hitting two free throws as Doncic again comes down with a made J and a free throw making it 102-99. Blazers never recovered with Dame Dolla missing two shots and McCollum missing a shot inside the one minute mark and that was your ball game.

"Bloodline" Hardaway Jr. added 24 points fro Dallas with Luka going team-high 28 points with nine board and six helpers. Portland's Inability to stay on course offensively cost them in this one and if it stays close you see what can happen "Luka" Time!
