The Cleveland Cavaliers had the perfect storm brewing at least through intermission leading the San Antonio Spurs at their place 50-44. Only problem was the "Logo" on a nightly basis is full of runs and you know what teams are trying to do but can you get "Stops" contain them?

Well the Cavs could do anything in the 4th frame to stop the Spurs from doing what they do and behind  future HOF Point God and the France National Basketball Team G.O.A.T. "TP9" dba Tony Parker 24 pts and his timely shooting late in the 2nd frame the Spurs prevail 99-95 over the visitors.

The "LeBron Stopper" Spurs SF Kawhi Leonard went for 20 points and ten boards as he held James to a hard 22 points and seven boards with five helpers. "Believeland" had all 5 starters in double figures with Tristan Thompson behind King James going for 18 points and fourteen boards.

Cleveland just get not get to the stripe enough (9-11 FT) which tells me they settled for way too many J's and not in attack mode enough. Longtime NBA PF for the Pacers and New Orleans Hornets David West came off the Spurs Bench and went for 13 points and five boards as he was vital for the Spurs Offense in the 2nd half as the San Antonio outscored the Cavs 55-45 in the 2nd half.

Spurs move to 23-0 at home and 35-6 overall with Cleveland falling to 27-10 but easily the Eats Favorite as we stroll through the Dog Days of the "Logo" talking January and February Hoops...
