We live in a professional sports world that is a "What have you done for me lately" as that same sang goes on in a highly competitive corporate environment. Well that too holds true in the "Shield" for Head Coaches as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers unexpectedly terminates the contract and services of one Lovie Smith.

Smith just two years into a five year deal was expected to turn things around in Tampa after all he has replaced a lot of parts in his short tenure with trading CB Darrelle Revis and drafting FSU 'Noles QB and Heisman Winner Jamies Winston with the #1 overall pick in the 2K15 NFL Draft.

A 8-24 W-L was part of the issue and Lovie being a defensive-mind didn't help that Bucs "D" or lackluster secondary as they looked at times really bad. Now begs the question of QB and Offensive Coordinator Dirk Koetter who molded than Rise Up Falcons QB Matty Ice Ryan as Ryan has went back to his government name Matt Ryan since D.K. left the building.

Also Koetter has begun to mold one Winston as "Famous Jameis" had a fine season in his first full season as Bucs Signal-Caller. Teams need continuity but most importantly that needs to be on the offensive side of the Wilson Pigskin talking QB and Coordinator now its looks like Jamies will have his 2nd Coordinator in as many years which in most cases is rough the first season or so.

The Bucs now will turn to getting a new Lead Man as Dirk Koetter could be headed to #FlyEaglesFly from last I heard...as the new Lead Man!
