The TCU Horned Frogs started off rather sluggish as they led just 14-0 after one and 17-3 at the break. Team Lily Pad lead man Gary Patterson had to tell his boys at the break we need some style points and can we get to half a century mark on the Cyclones?

The Frogs took off in the 3rd as though the College Football Committee stopped by the locker room telling them points or else?  TCU goes for a 31-piece in the 3rd and that 17-3 TCU lead quickly turned into Fort Worth, Texas might be in the College Football Playoffs.

A 48-3 lead after three as TCU QB Trevone Boykin throws for 460 yards on 30 for 41 with 4 TD's and an INT. Boykin also ran for 44 yards on eight carries as Boykin hit ten different receivers. TCU's Aaron Green ran for 104 yards and the leading WR was Josh Doctson hauling in nine pigs for 151 yards and a TD.

What was more impressive is that TCU has some "D" and they controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the pig. Now the plot thickens as TCU sitting at the #3 slot gets a 55-3 "W" and if that is handling your business what is?

That State of Texas Recruiting for College Football might be more competitive than playing in both the SEC and Big 12...
