The Huskies and Gators renew acquaintances after the Huskies beat the Gators in Storrs back in December 2013 65-64 as Shabazz playing "Shazam" struck with no time left on the clock. Now we are in April and the Plot thickens as this is for a chances to dance on Monday Night and maybe cut down the nets.

PLAYBOOK

The Gators will have to contain Napier and on all Pick and Rolls or Pops w/Napier the Primary Ball-Handler double him to the Sidelines and force him to give up the Orange and make someone else like Boatright or Daniels beat you.

The Huskies know Wilbekin makes the Gators go as he is very methodical in his approach. The Huskies must be aware for both Wilbekin and Frazier II as he Primary Shooters from the Arc. They also need to double Patric Young if he start to get off early and make Yegette, Prather, and Finney-Smith make plays as they appear to be uncomfortable off the bounce.

Transition Offense...Both Teams like to get out with Finishers and the easiest way to get out in Transition is off Missed Jump Shots or Live Turnovers. Both UConn and Florida must have Offensive Balance to negate leaving themselves vulnerable to the Transition Buckets and "Splash Plays". Taking care of the Orange is imperative and "Live Turnovers" are killers!

If UConn wins...Napier, Boatright, and Daniels have their Imprint on the game on both ends of the floor and they stay in attack mode and get to the Line as UConn is shooting some 88% from the Stripe in the Tourney.

If Florida wins...Wilbekin is doing what he does as he plays just as solid and productive as Napier. Young, Prather, and Yeguete all have to be a force on the Glass, in the Paint, and in Transition.

The "Equalizer" for both is the Money Ball as who will shoot the Three Ball best might be a huge determining factor.
