I have seen this so many times in the Logo "Me Ball" in stead of "We Ball" and which one prevails 99.9 % of the Time like "Trojan Man"..."We Ball".The Clips had a more balanced attack as they get 27 from Jamal 206 and 25 from CP3 and get out of Gotham City and the Cold White Stuff with a 102-88 win as the Knicks couldn't get in sync as a Unit the whole afternoon. One thing the Knicks can't do is have J-Kidd, "Get Shots" J.R., and 21 SHUMPstreet collectively go 3 for 17 and expect to beat anyone. Couple all that with the Knicks getting out rebounded, getting out shot from the Arc, and having more Big Apple Turn Overs than the Opposition is a Recipe foe an L in the logo at every rip.
Yes 'Melo Anthony had to get 42 points for the Knicks to stay in it but when 'Melo is a a Scorer (25 pts plus) and a Facilitator (6-8 helpers), and a Rebounder (6-8 boards) I like the Knicks Chances because he is capable of that. But when the Bully of MSG resorts to Score, Score, Score and he plays to the Crowd Knicks Lead Man Mike Woodson needs to reel him in and say 'Melo "We Ball" not "Me Ball".The Clips on the other hand took care of business and they defended the Knicks in every Facet, in ISO's with Help D, Screen and Roll or Pick and Pop, closed out well on the Knicks Arc, and got back into Transition D where the Knicks couldn't convert Leaks , run outs, or rim runs. Kudos to VDN and Staff as travel was difficult but they still came through along with My Dude the Best NBA Trainer in the Logo..Jason Powell aka Peanut Butter.
