The all important NFL Talk heading into the March 12th, 2013 NFL Free Agency Period all depends on Salary Cap Space. Well which Teams will have the best shot at going through Free Agency to add Talent an which Teams will be not?

The Top Five NFL Teams in CAP SPACE 2K13
Note: Numbers from ESPN's John Clayton

1. BENGALS $55.1 Million

2. DAWG POUND $48.9 Million

3. AQUA BOYZ 305 $35.8 Million

4. BUCS $31.3 Million

5. JAGS $22.1 Million

The Bengals are already loaded on both sides of the Pigskin, have all the raiders Picks, and now can go after darn near anything like the Ravens Ed Reed or Paul Kruger, Steelers Mike Wallace, or Packers Greg Jennings or Charles Woodson. The Best thing to do on Sunday is pulling Star Players from your own Division Rivals and the Bengals might just do that for a Quick Fix.

The Browns have all kinds of needs but they have to be smart and build on that Up and coming D first an foremost then address the Wide Outs.

The Dolphins have made it no secret that they will go after Steelers FA WR Mike Wallace and look at that Cap Space as that's what Wallace was looking for Cash > Chips.

The Bucs will be players and they need to address the Secondary Play at Corners and at Backer.

The Jags need "Pocket Hercules" or will they just let him walk. The Biggest Hurdle for the Jags is 2011 Top Pick QB Blaine Gabbert of Mizzou their #1 Guy as Henne played well at the end of 2012?

The Top Five NFL Teams over the SALARY CAP 2K13

1. GANG GREEN $19.4 Million

2. COWBOYS $18.2 Million

3. WHO DAT? $14.7 Million

4. PANTHERS $11.8 Million

5. STEELERS $10.8 Million

The Jets have already started addressing their Cap by cutting OLB Bart Scott and QB Tim Tebow.

Cowboys Roster is already intact as they just have to Win Now and worry about everything else later. One Area of Concern would be at Safety and Charles Woodson and Ed Reed are out there as the "Boys have Carr and Claiborne at Corners already.

Saints are coming off a Bad Season On and Off the Field and they have a D-Coordinator in Rob Ryan but are the Defensive Pieces in place up front?  They need to address Corners and D-Line.

Panthers hit a Grand Slam with Rookie MLB Luke Kuechly but they have most of their Problems on D as they also need #1 WR. They have already cut RB Jonathan Stewart.

Steelers have no money for Wallace as they gave that to Antonio Brown. At 35 years of Age OLB James Harrison is due $6.6 Million. ILB Larry Foote the #1 Tackler by Numbers in 2012 maybe out. The Good thing is the Steelers are selecting in the Top 20 and their Pick they covet will fall to them.

The Bottom Five on Salary Cap also have more bad news. None of the Above Five....Jets, Cowboys, Saints, Panthers, or Steelers made the NFL Playoffs in 2012...none. Considering where your Cap is that is extremely disappointing News.
