A Franchise Player in the 2012 NBA Draft Crop will not come from the Center Position but there is one that is NBA-Ready and another he has major upside but I have heard that way too many times to just go on upside.

A legit Sophomore-to-be and Junior-to-be will probably be the 1st Two Centers or Bigs off the Draft Board. My money will be on the Third Big if he isn't the 1st or 2nd taken in UNC 7' Tyler Zeller.

The 2012 Top Center Prospects or Bigs in the Squeeze the Orange Draft Breakdown 2012 is sponsored by...Draft the Sure thing if there is one or the one that feels like the sure thing if there is one or just get the Pick that you can sleep well on.....:

1. Tyler Zeller UNC: I have this gut feeling he could just be a very productive Big in the Logo just based on his intelligence and Work Ethic at UNC. The Middle of Three Brothers with the younger Bro Cody, a now Sophomore at Indiana, probably being the best of the Zeller Clan. Tyler is not far off...can run the floor with anybody, excellent hands, his strength he needs to work on. Plays his back to the basket well and faces up from 15 and in pretty darn good for a Big. Is he a Lottery maybe..are there Two Players who will probably go before him...certainly. Reminds me of a more fluid and physical Boss Hawes of Philly....Spencer Hawes...minus feeling like he needs to be a Perimeter Shooter.

2. Andre Drummond UCONN: Buyer Beware Tag. Is he Andray Blatche, DeAndre Jordan, or Tyson Chandler. Going from Left to Right as in terrible to darn good. Drummond was being compared to in HS to the Knicks Amare Stoudamire. A physical freak with length, muscle, and athleticism but is really really raw in his Offensive Arsenal. Did he do anything at UConn that made you believe he was a lottery or does the Freshman with all the Hype at Center have to. this is what the Draft Process has come to and it is up to the Young man to be the best he can be but I would take an immediate flyer an look elsewhere. Not hating on the young man but you might be in the Lottery because you have too many guys with upside and that is the side you may never see.

3. Meyers Leonard ILLINOIS: This is the young man who should have developed more at Illinois the Two years he was there but did anyone develop at Illinois in the last 6 years after Deron Williams?  He blocks shots better than the other Two Bigs in front of him. is ever improving in his Offensive Arsenal and rebounds pretty good for a 7-footer. I saw him in HS Play in the Smaller School Division and he dominated but had good basketball instincts and a Top 40 nationally which doesn't mean a hill of beans now but good reference point anyway. He reminds me of former Purdue Standout Brad Miller minus Miller's range but a way better defender and rebounder.

4. Fab Melo SYRACUSE: Took off some much needed EL BEES last summer and it helped him become more effective and mobile. But his Defense was a little misleading due to the fact he was in Jim Boehiem's patented 2-3 'CUSE Zone. He looks like former LSU C Stanley Roberts and a little like Benoit Benjamin of Creighton. But he is exactly what they look for in Bigs in the logo in terms of space eating. He will be in the logo for a while because of his size and if he works he could really be special but that goes for a lot of Draftees.

Others worth mentioning.....

Henry Sims G'TOWN
Xavier Gibson FLORIDA ST.
Justin Hamilton LSU
