Every year talking Sunday you hear of Players not getting Paid, getting Franchised, Tendered, cut for Salary Cap Reasons and so on and so forth. This Season coming up is no different and there is one Contract that that is long overdue.

Bears RB Matt Forte made some reported $400K plus last season and if he was responsible for over 40% of their Offense the Bears should pay him. I know Sunday RB's don't have a long shelf life but this guy is proven and he fits the Bears Attack perfect. Picking up RB Michael Bush may have sent a message to Forte that we are a Passing Team first and we will put our money in Jay Cutler's Need Weapons Program not Ground Game.

The SUNDAY TALK 2010 Top 10 RB's Base Pay is sponsored by....I need Financial Security People...if I sign that $7.7 Million Tender and get a Catastrophic Knee Injury this season all I have to go on is that $7.7 and no cash anywhere in sight after that. BEARS pay me or I will produce this season  Big Time and hit the Yellow Brick Road.....Lambeau.

1. CJ 28 Titans $8,000,000 did nothing last season after new deal

2. All Day AP Purple People $8,000,000 will comeback stronger than last year after ACL Surgery.....the #1 Back on Sunday and Keys to every Workout Gym in Twin Cities.

3.  Ray Rice Ravens $7,700,000 same Boat as Forte and the Ravens tendered him at this Price. He is a Poor man's Barry Sanders but better WR...Real Talk. If he goes the Crab Cakes go...simple as that.

3. Matt Forte Bears $7,700,000 after making a $400k Last Season he gets a considerable upgrade but obviously the Bears don't believe in him...no New deal...just Tendered

5. Steven Jackson Rams $7,000,000 the Rams know he is just as important if not more than he is getting Paid and helps QB Bradford in so many ways most of it is not even on the Stat Sheet

6. Darren McFadden Silver & Black $5,650,000 If he can stay healthy he is an absolute monster at the point of attack and when he gets 2nd Level it might be Pay Dirt with that Pig Sooie Track Team Sprinter like Walmart Speed.....

7. DeAngelo Williams Panthers $5,250,000 All you heard about last season was Cam to Steve Smith and you forgot about Williams. A #1 Back on many teams on Sunday and the guy backing him up...Jonathan Stewart will have to Walk and to me he is even better than Williams. On Sunday you can't pay everyone.

8. Michael Turner Dirty Birds $5,000,000 Worth every Penny as he keeps those Linebackers and Safeties honest on Play Action for QB Matty Ice to do his Due Diligence.....See the Reads. Only if Coach Mike Smith would use him in 4th and inches instead of QB Sneaks 4 downs in a row...DAAAAAAAAAA.

8. Arian Foster Texans $5,000,000 He went to the Big Crab Cake on the Chesapeake in 2nd Round of AFC Winning Time last season and torched the Ravens for some 133 Yards and he simply was the Best Football Player on the Field that day. Also ask my Steelers what he did to them in Week 3....Not Guns n Butta but Stretch Play n Butta.

10. Reggie Bush Dolphins $4,500,000 He proved last season that he was an every down RB and I think the Best of Reggie is yet to come. No matter what he does from here he has already passed Lienart and DeWayne Jarrett.....El Busto's.

Others of Note.....

11. Mo Jones-Drew Jags $4,450,000
12. Beast Mode 12 Zone Skittle Me $4,000,000

14. Jamaal Charles Arrowhead $3,250,000
18. Frank Gore Gold Rush $2,000,000

25. Jonathan Stewart Panthers $1,311,250 2nd String as well

53. SHARD MENDENHALL STEELERS $650,000 coming off of ACL injury...

83. ISAAC REDMAN STEELERS $540,000 2012 Starter
