The Virginia Cavaliers at least in the last few years have had trouble putting the Orange in the bucket. Well all that has changed as they go into South Bend, Indiana on the Campus of Notre Dame Fighting Irish and they hammer the Irish like nobodies business.

Tony Bennett's Squad came in at #3 ranked in the U.S. and led 42-25 at the break. That didn't slow them down as they outscored the Irish in the second half as well 40-30 for a convincing 82-55 "W" and that's a WahooWa for UVA Charlottesville...

Four starters in double figures as Deandre Hunter led the Cavs with 19 points and Kyle Guy 15 points and five boards with Ty Jerome adding 13 points with nine boards and six helpers. These will be the three Bennett and Company will rely onto get the Cavs where they have to go and that's through the ACC Play and Conference Tourney with a Chip and March Madness as they will be looking at no lower than a #2 seed if not a #1 seed.

The Fighting Irish and lead man Mike Brey have seen better days and its a down year for #GoIrish in Hoops as John Mooney led Notre Dame with 15 points and ten boards a double-double. The Irish falls to 11-9 and 1-6 in ACC Play. The Cavs move to 18-1 and 6-1 in ACC Play and #GoHoos...

The Cavs led 12-0 in the first seven minutes of the contest...
