The Iowa State Cyclones escapes Oxford, Mississippi and the Ole Miss Rebels after committing some 19 turnovers. The Big 12/SEC Challenge had #24 visiting #20 and the Cyclones behind a little Hilton Magic gets by the Rebels 87-73.

It was heralded Cyclones Freshman Talen Horton-Tucker's game-high 23 points that led Iowa State past the Rebels as he also grabbed 8 boards with five assists as the Chicago, Illinois Freshman once again showed off his versatile game.

Iowa State also shot some sizzling 69% from the field (38-55) and 54% from the arc (8-15) as Ole Miss had no answer for the Cyclones on defense. The Rebels were led by 4 starters in double figures led by Guard Breein Tyree's 22 points and Terence Davis' 16 points.

Just watching the context the Rebels 4-Guard Attack wasn't the answer for the versatile and bigger Cyclones as those 19 turnovers Iowa State committed wasn't really a factor due to the Cyclones shooting those high percentages from the field and Jackson, Mississippi.

The Cyclones in "Gray" moves to 15-5 while the Rebels fall to 14-5...
