The Texas Rangers trying to find themselves with moving parts gets a solid outing from Robert Ross Jr. and he received plenty of Run Support as the Texas Rangers blanked the Seattle Mariners 5-0 at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas.

Ross went 7 2/3 innings allowing five hits and no runs as he struck out two and walked no one. That M's Line Up out the gate has been looking solid but tonight Ross Jr. has it working in his favor keeping M's Hitters off-balance and guessing.

The Rangers in turn handled things at the dish as both Prince Fielder and Kevin Kouzmanoff both took M's Starter Blake Beavan on Solo Shots going back to back in the 2nd for a 2-0 Rangers lead. Both hurlers settled down after that as Beavan went four innings giving up those two runs and six hits  as he struck out one and gave up those back to back bombs. For added insurance the Rangers tacked on a crooked three in the bottom half of the 8th as Kouzamnoff again goes two-bagger for two of the three runs knocked in. Corey Hart had two hist and Robbie Cano one hits for the M's as they had seven hits on the night.

Rangers move to .500 at 7-7 and the M's fall to 7-6...
