It was only a matter of time as the Cleveland Indians Second Baseman Jason Kipnis a Chicago-Area Native "Coming Out Party" was his 2013 All-Star Season. Now the Indians not letting anyone get close to that young Core warps up Mr. Kipnis for at least 72 months with a Club Option for a 12 more months.

Through numerous media outlets Kipnis will get $52.5 Million for six -years with that Club Option for #7. In his 2013 All-Star Season and "Coming Out Party" Kipnis he had 17 "Taters" and 84 Ribbies in 149 games and hit .284. Kipnis also had 36 Two-Baggers, 30 thefts, and cross the Dish some 86 times. He dominated the Offensive Categories for the Tribe in 2013 and that should continue.

The Tribe made huge strides under 1st-Year Skip Terry Francona and expect that to continue as the Tigers are the Favs but the Royals and Kipnis and his Tribe Teammates are projected to be right in the mix.
