Not that you put a Black Eye on an Organization when one player does something like DUI or Possession of an Illegal Substance or Controlled Substance. When Multiple Player do it and keep doing it is though they don't care and are going against the Rules of their Organization and the Sunday Shield is it a Huge Problem.

The Lions have encountered a season that rivals the Bungles a few years back. How do you handle Expectations on the Field when you can't handle them off the Field. The Players that have put Shiners on the Lions 2012 Season and Organization:

The LIONS Green Team: DT Nick Fairley, RB Mikel LeShoure, and DT Johnny Culbreath

The Rules NFL Players are tested Randomly 3 Times during the Season and Tested starting in May in the Off Season. In a nutshell the NFL worries more about the PED Test in which they test year around and not the Substance Abuse which is randomly Tested. PED's offer a Competitive Advantage Off the Field but they may need to start testing year around for both.

Not putting everything on the Lions and their Players but the NFL needs to address Green Use because it is so prevalent on Sunday. The Lions have by no means reached Bungles (Cincinnati Bengals) or Jail Blazers (Portland Trailblazers) Status but if you get enough guys going against the Grain it will eventually be a Huge Problem especially High Draft Picks who can't control themselves.

I, the Bluedude, has no problem with what you do in your House but don't do it in Public or outside the Confines of your Home where you will get exposed. Now with a few bad Jonathan Apples out there they may have to start testing everyone for Green....Dumb Lions Players...Dumb.

Now take all that in consideration and look who is on the MADDEN 2013....MEGAtron #81 Mr. Calvin Johnson. The Madden Curse alone is enough to have in Lions Camp than having extra issues off the field. The Lions will have their work cut out for the 2012 Season just based on what is going on without looking at the Schedule.
