They ran an Unprecedented 75-1 Record through One Stretch in Houston, Texas including Back to Back Texas 5A State Champs. The Bluedude had the pleasure of seeing them play in the 1999-2000 Season capture Chip #1 behind one of the Best Under 6-0 PG the Bluedude has ever seen in the Scholastic Ranks in Person. They also had a Bruising PF that played Bigger in HS than he really was. And to offset those Two Dynamic Ball Players there was this Smooth-Shooting and very Fundamentally Sound Player at the Sniper/Wing that was getting Buckets.

The 1999-2001 Sugarland, Texas WILLOWRIDGE HS Eagles led by Two Quarter Pounders in PG Terrance "T.J" Ford and Sniper/Wing Daniel Ewing. Then throw in Top 50 Player Nationally SF/PF Ivan McFarlin and you get the aforementioned 75-1 Record and a 2-Year Dominance through the Lone Star State that is not rivaled by many.

They took all comers in Houston and the State of Texas in those 2 Magnificent Years and they had Star-Power in the 4th largest City in the US of A.

VITALS

Terrance "T.J." Ford  6-0 Texas: A Pint-Sized PG with 4th Ward Handles and a Quickness like UConn Former All-American Kemba Walker, Could shoot it from the Arc, get to the Rim anytime he darn well pleased, take the Elevator to the Top Floor, and see the Floor as though he was playing by his lonesome. He was a Consensus Top 5 Player in the Class of 2001 Nationally and a McDonald's All-American..Ford chose to stay in State and play for Hookem' Horns at UT Austin and Rick Barnes.

Daniel Ewing 6-4 Duke: A Top 15 Nationally and McDonald's All-American Class 2001. The Smooth-Shooting effortless Assassin from the Wing or getting it off the Bounce. Ewing was a Fundamentally Sound Sniper with a Sneaky Handle, Length, Bounce, and a High Basketball IQ. He ultimately chose Duke and Coach K.

Ivan Mcfarlin 6-7 Oklahoma State: Rugged and played the game with a Sense of Urgency. He was the Perfect Fit for Willowridge as he did all the Dirty Work and Ewing and Ford got all the Glory. McFarlin was a Beast on the Glass and 15 and in as he had a Back to the Basket Game, Face-Up Mid-Range, and occasionally go to the Arc trailing on the delayed Break to get a Money Ball. Super Versatile and good enough for Eddie Sutton and the Stillwater , Oklahoma Cowboys to play him 3-5.

75-1 through 2 Years included a 62-Game Win Streak and they punished everyone in front of them as Ford was the Only one to make Hay in the Logo playing for 4 Teams, Ewing for Clippers and played over the Big Pond. McFarlin was in the Logo for One Season and he also played in Europe.

The 1999-2001 Sugarland, Texas WILLOWRIDGE HS Eagles... Back to Back and 2001 National Champions.
