The South Siders have been in the Drivers Seat for some time and the Tribe and Tigers are watching closely. The Chi-Sox are up 3 Games on both the Tribe and Tigers and the Sox may have the most Depth in the Starting Rotation. The Tigers have a Horse in Verlander and the 1-2 Punch of Miggy Cabrera and the Prince of the D. The Tribe have been doing with steady Pitching and timely Hitting and they are Solid. The Royals are ever improving but not ready and the Twinkies have made Huge Strides since that horrendous April Start.

AL Central Standing July 12, 2012

     W - L    GB
1. Pale Hose 47-38
2. Tribe  44-41.....3
3. Tigers 44-42....3.5
4. Royals 37-47.....9.5
5. Twin-kies 36-49....11

White Sox: They have Peavy and the Rook...Chris Sale at the Front of the Starting Rotation. They have Speed, Power, and Situational all trough the Line-Up. Konerko, Dunn, and Pierszynski will carry the Offense. It will come down to the Back End of the Starting Rotation with Floyd and Danks.

Indians: Tribe SS Asdrubal Cabrera is carrying the Indians Offensive Load. If they need anything in that Line-Up they need Power and Pop. The biggest problem with the Tribe is their Starters ERA is a combined 4.88 ERA almost 5 Runs per. That is way too much for a Staff which means in Time they will either get it together or Implode.

Tigers: The reason why they are the Biggest Threat to the Chi-Sox are these names...Verlander, Miggy Cabrera, Prince, and Skip Leyland. Yeah Leyland isn't playing but he is one of the Best In-Game Managers ever. They will get Hot and the Question will be can they get Hot enough to catch and pass the Chi-Sox and put some distance between them.

Royals: Nice All-Star Game and George Brett and the Gang will get it together at some point. Any Questions, Comments, or Concerns.

Twins: Where are the M&M Boys of Mauer and Morneau. Skip Gardenhire and the Boys dug themselves such a Hole that they have had to expend some kind of Energy. They can get back in it but they need to get everyones Attention right after the Break and it has to be 2 of 3 mixed in with some Sweeps.

Prediction: The Pale Hose will get in but the Tigers will challenge and whomever doesn't get the Division will be right there for the Wildcard. The Halos or Rangers might Runaway with both the AL West and AL Wildcard.
