STEELERS tab HALEY as BIG BEN's New Pal.....excellent Years in the DESERT with QB kurt WARNER...and a BIG PART of the ARROWHEAD Resurrection.....

He grew up as a STEELERS Fan and Todd HALEY's Father Dick Haley was the STEELERS Director of Player Personnel from 1971-1990 which is all the Chuck Noll Years.

The BLUEDUDE first heard of Haley when he had that RED ZONE of the Desert Offense with Future Hall Of Fame QB Kurt Warner, WR's in Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, Steve Breaston, and Rb's Edgerrin JAMES and Tim Hightower. Haley had that Offense virtually unstoppable on root to the Franchise's 1st ever Super Bowl Appearance.

Then HALEY's 1st ever Head Coaching Job came with the Kansas City CHIEFS as he was the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator and the CHIEFS went to work right away under HALEY's Tutelage. He made guys like RB Jamal Charles and WR DeWayne Bowe Pro-Bowlers. His Offense is not about a system but just tailoring the Offense around the Personnel given that is how Haley works.

Now he enters a Unique situation as his Coaching Experience has come full circle and he gets his Dream Job not being the Head Coach of the STEELERS but to work for the STEELERS in General.

Yes the first set of cards is to fix that STEELER O-Line in the Draft or even by Free Agency because BIG BEN entering 30 years of age soon just can't keep getting hit like he has been for going on 8 seasons.

Just looking at the Offensive side of the BALL for those 3 Diamonds near the THREE RIVERS in WESTERN P A......

Just looking at all that speed on the outside with YOUNG MONEY at Wide Receiver, the Talented and the most underrated Tight End in the BIZ in HEEEEEEEATH, and a nice Young RB Core with Mendenhall coming off of an ACL Injury...Haley has arguably his most talented Group at the Skilled Positions As a whole he has ever had.

Remember HALEY's Strength is developing Wide Receivers as he was WR Coach for the J-E-T-S JET JETS JETS, the Monsters of the Midway, and the 'Boys in Big D. With the JETS he was also Offensive Coordinator Assistant and the Cowboys' Passing Game Coordinator as well.

You hate to see Guys go especially STEELERS Players and Coaches but from a standpoint of BIG BEN entering his PRIME and he has more Weapons then he has ever had Haley will be a Breath of Going Down Field more. Former STEELERS O-COORDINATOR was becoming predictable and I just think he and the Steel Curtain needed a change.

This is a Huge Move for the STEELERS Offense becoming More Explosive and this may be one of those Quiet Moves they will be talking about the STEEL CITY made in February 2013 in the Big Import, the MERCEDES-BENZ SUPERDOME in the Big Easy when the STEELERS take on the the real Eagles and not that 2012 Dream Team as we have the Battle of the Keystone State.
