The 2012 NFL Awards have been given out and the CLOSEST most watched Award every year is the NFL MVP. Last Year's Winner was Troy POLAMALU of my PITTSBURGH STEELERS he was HEAD & SHOULDERS above the rest. Most of the AWARDS were not even close and there were some givens in this equation.

Aaron RODGERS PACKERS: Threw for 45 TD's and ONLY 6 Picks, 122.5 Passer rating, and led his team to a 15-1 Record. Beat out who I thought might win WHO DAT? QB Drew BREES who completed over 70% of his passes, threw for a record number of yards 5,476 to be exact, 46 TD's on only 14 Picks, and a Passer Rating of 110%.

Drew BREES WHO DAT?: The above STATs tell you everything. At barely 6' Tall he still just seems to amaze everyone with his POISE, Accuracy, and Toughness. I know they talk about Peyton and Tom..but this DUDE is the REAL DEAL Pot of NAWLINS' GUMBO w/Crawfish of course

NFL DEFENSIVE Player of the YEAR

Terrell SUGGS aka T-SIZZLE CRAB CAKE BOYZ: Well i know this the SACK KING didn't get his RING.....but he got plenty of QB's and created plenty of GAMEDAY Havoc and SOUND BITES for the media. SUGGS had 70 tackles, 14 QB KILLS, forced 7 FUMBLE ROOSKIES, and had 2 Picks. He edged out the PURPLE PEOPLE's Sack Man Jared ALLEN by 7 Votes. A man possessed and the BLUEDUDE being a HUGE STEELER BACKER knows this fool all too well and he is one of the FEW in the LEAGUE that honestly fit the STEELER MOLD.

And if the SACK KING is going to get his RING you might want to get out of your contract and do the BLACK and YELLOW thing....get'em BLUEDUDE SPORTSTALK


NOTE: The GOLD RUSH in the BAY in the LEFT Coast had 3 Players in the Top 7 Voting of Defensive Player of the YEAR in DE Justin SMITH, and Linebackers Watchu talkin'bout WILLIS and BOWMAN.

NFL OFFENSIVE Rookie of the YEAR

Cam NEWTON aka CARETAKER of the QUEEN CITY Atlantic Coast PANTHERS: What didn't he do and just think the PANTHERS or shall I say the NFL ANALYSTS were discussing Blaine GABBERT or Cam NEWTON. That is like comparing GOOGLE with BING.....and BING has no shot or is BING owned by GOOGLE.

NEWTON flashed his "S" on his Chest all season with crazy numbers like 14 TD's by LAND 21 by AIR, throwing for over 4,000 yards and rushing for over 500 yards. And just think he really doesn't even know the nuances of the QB Position yet this is all on instinct and ability. CAM received 47 of 50 votes with the other 3 votes to STRAWBERRY Shortcake of the JUNGLE in CINCY QB Andy DALTON.

NFL DEFENSIVE Rookie of the YEAR

Von MILLER aka You need new SPECS BRA BRONCOS: With the GLASSES lookin' like an over-sized URKLE...on the FIELD just plain ol' nasty of a Outside LINEBACKER. He played 4 games with a BROKEN Thumb and still did work. Had 64 Tackles and killed the QB 11.5 Times. He edged out the 49ERS DE Aldon SMITH who had 14 Sacks as a ROOKIE.

NFL COACH of the YEAR

Jim HARBAUGH aka Get your POST-GAME HANDSHAKES in ORDER before their is a RON ARTEST in the NFL 49ERS: He is a players coach and communication is everything and when players think you are one of them you get results 99 times out of a 100.

Led the NINERS to a 13-3 record in the regular season after posting a 6-10 record the year before. The ONLY knock on JIM is that he needs to be a little bit more HUMBLE after games because if the FOOTBALL GODS have to HUMBLE you.....you will be like the BILLS....CIRCLING them WAGONS until eternity.
