2011 NFL TOP Scoring Offenses and Top Defenses....through NFL WEEK 11....the PACKERS lead all OFFENSES with 320pts and the 49ERS 133 pts AGAINST

The NFL Season is winding down and as we start to get DEEP into the Season the NUMBERS Game start to take CENTER. The NUMBERS I am referring to are the TOP Scoring Offenses, the TOP Defenses POINTS AGAINST, and POINT Differential. All these NUMBERS directly correlate to TURNOVER DIFFERENTIAL as well.

With the PACKERS having the best record on SUNDAYS it would be safe to say they must lead in one of those Categories and they do....OFFENSE. The PACKERS have a ROBUST 320pts. scored FOR and they are at 186pts. AGAINST giving the PACK a POINT DIFFERENTIAL of +134pts. That number will put you in the LEFT COLUMN a hecka of a lot more than the RIGHT COLUMN.

Looking at the OFFENSES the PACKERS and SAINTS are at the TOP and rightfully so as these OFFENSES put up more POINTS than anyone which also is an indicator that no matter who they are playing they will be putting up 7's eventually in the RED ZONE. Also all these TEAM are averaging over 20pts a game which puts you in WINNING COMPANY more times than not.

This list is a little bit more SURPRISING as the 49ERS are 8-1 and have a POINT DIFFERENTIAL of +95. Only the TEXANS and PACKERS have a HIGHER DIFFERENTIAL from OFFENSE to DEFENSE.

One of the more telling STATS is that the #1 OFFENSE the PACKERS are 9-0 and the #1 Defense the 49ERS is 8-1 and that tells you if you lead in one of these categories you probably have a PLAYOFF BOUND TEAM that might be playing for the LOMBARDI in the LATE WINTER MONTHS.
